The CM1 includes a unique 28mm lens created by Leica, among the world's leading optics manufacturers. Unlike smartphone camera lenses, the Leica DC Elmarit Lens corrects common image distortions including vignettes, flaring, ghosting and chromatic inconsistencies while increasing resolution and border and compensates for -to-edge sharpness.
Full Manual Control
The CM1 is designed to enable you to investigate and uncover your creative potential. The lens-mounted manual control band provides you with quick entry to essential features including shutter speed, aperture and ISO. Further fine tune your photos together with the 3D level measure, histogram, auto-focus, manual focus aid and focus peaking.
The 1-inch 20-megapixel high-awareness MOS sensor is larger than what's available on a smartphone, and competitors that of professional grade compact cameras.
